I weighed myself earlier, after eating a rather hefty lunch and dinner and weigh 52Kg! This feels really great that I am losing weight by day/week and with minimum exercise. It’s not easy to understand what the body needs in order to lose weight, especially when one doesn’t have that much to lose. But it seems to be happening slowly but surely for me and I have to welcome that with open arms.
The disadvantage of not exercising is that the body doesn’t have the chance to burn those fat cells. I do stretching exercises when I can in my room and jumping exercises as well. There’s no room to fit in a treadmill but that would actually be great…
My target was initially 48Kg, but now I think I’ll have to push that down to 47Kg. The question is though, when will I have to reach that target weight of mine? Well, I have 5 Kgs to lose and it took me one whole month to lose 3Kgs. Check out my first entry to when I first started wanting to lose weight seriously: My weight loss obsession
I am losing weight, but I’m in a dilemma where I feel either I’m only losing a bit now and that’s going to be it, or whether I will continue to lose weight but very slowly. I think I will have to cut my calories and work out at least 5 hours a week from tomorrow. I know I have fat cells just waiting to be filled and that will have to be taken care of. If my weight eventually fluctuates between 47Kgs and 48Kgs I’d be okay with that.
I barely ate anything today. I drank two cups of coffee with creamer and a teaspoon of white sugar each, I drank a lot of water, had 3 crispbreads with liver spread, ham (3 slices) and cheese spread (Philadelphia) and that’s about it. I don’t think (or at least hope) they don’t exceed 1400 calories. I hear that we usually miscalculate our calories so I will be pulling back my calorie limit to 1250 and if it so happens that I exceed it a little, 1400 calories wouldn’t be that serious.
